A New Category of Mobile Energy Infrastructure
The iMContainer Mobile Energy Storage Charging System is a pioneering truck-mounted 2MWh mobile charging solution, widely applied in fleet charging, site power support, and off-grid energy applications.
When integrated with an electric truck platform, the system further extends the flexibility of mobile fleet charging and temporary deployment, allowing charging capacity to be rapidly deployed according to actual operational demand.
Unlike conventional fixed charging infrastructure, iMContainer turns charging capacity into a mobile and configurable energy asset. Instead of being tied to a permanent location, it can be deployed where and when energy and charging capacity are needed, supporting a wider range of dynamic operational environments.
iMContainer System Overview
iMContainer system is a mobile energy storage and fast-charging platform installed on electric trucks, designed to function as a fully operational mobile charging station. It integrates:
- iMContainer 2MWh energy storage system
- High-power DC fast charging system
- Intelligent BMS (Battery Management System) and EMS (Energy Management System)
- Electric truck mobility platform

How It Works:
The system is designed for rapid field deployment:
- Electric truck transports the iMContainer system to the target location
- The unit is positioned and stabilized
- System is activated via control interface
- System is configured based on operational conditions (grid-connected or off-grid scenarios)
- Intelligent BMS and EMS enable optimized power distribution and load balancing across multiple outputs
- Multiple electric vehicles or equipment units are charged simultaneously

Application Scenarios
Logistics Parks: Commercial fleets operate on fixed schedules, and charging capacity directly affects vehicle turnaround and daily utilisation. When multiple vehicles return to the depot within the same time window, charging infrastructure needs to handle concentrated demand efficiently.
iMContainer provides 6 × 200 kW DC charging, enabling multiple commercial EVs to charge simultaneously from one integrated energy storage and charging system. This provides a centralised solution for fleet depots and operating bases where charging demand is closely tied to vehicle schedules.

Ports & Industrial Facilities: Ports, mining sites and industrial facilities have more demanding charging requirements, particularly for heavy-duty electric trucks operating on tightly scheduled duty cycles. These vehicles require high charging power while minimising downtime between operations.
iMContainer supports up to 1.6 MW MCS charging, providing high-power charging for heavy-duty electric trucks and other industrial EV applications. This enables rapid energy replenishment within limited charging windows and supports the electrification of demanding industrial operations.

Mining & Construction Sites: Mining and construction sites often operate in remote or temporary environments where access to grid-connected charging infrastructure can be limited.
